Club president Lion Vinod Devasia, mjf donated Rs.16,500 worth of windows for a needy family in Mangalore on 1st July which will be used in their newly built house at kulshekar.

Mrs. Sreelatha works as a maid mostly in Orchard apartment, in about 8 households, and has been supporting her family for the last 8 years. For the last two years, she has been saving wherever possible for a pucca house.

The windows will be a great help to them, as now they won't have to worry about water seeping inside the house during the rainy season. We felt this is a little way we could empower hardworking women.
